Peach Crisp

  • 12 to 15 fresh peaches peeled and sliced (about 16 cups)
  • ⅓ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon grounded nutmeg
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1½ teaspoon vanilla

Bake

Bake in Dutch oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Pour peaches into a 13″ x 9″ baking pan.

Crust

  • 2 ⅓ cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup butter (soft or lightly melted)

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 325 for about 30 – 40 minutes. Enjoy!
