Peach Crisp
- 12 to 15 fresh peaches peeled and sliced (about 16 cups)
- ⅓ cup all purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon grounded nutmeg
- 3 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1½ teaspoon vanilla
Bake
Bake in Dutch oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Pour peaches into a 13″ x 9″ baking pan.
Crust
- 2 ⅓ cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
- 2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup butter (soft or lightly melted)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 325 for about 30 – 40 minutes. Enjoy!
