Quick and Easy Fudge

  • 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened condensed Milk
  • 1 lb. Guittard Coating Chocolate
  • Use green or mint flavored for St. Patrick’s day
  • 1 Cup Nuts (optional)

Saint Patrick’s Day Special

Melt chocolate, heat the milk and blend together with the chocolate until smooth. Add chopped nuts and pour into an 8×8 greased pan. Let cool and set for one hour. Cut into shamrock shapes.

VARIATIONS: You can use white chocolate and top it with shamrock sprinkles. We have green crystal sugar, green jimmies, and some tiny green sugar shamrocks for decorating also.
