White Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. Madagascar Vanilla
- 2 tablespoons whip cream
- 3 cups cake flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 ½ cups Guittard High Sierra cookie chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
Using your Kitchen Aid Mixer, cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, and whip cream. Set aside. Sift together flour, soda, and salt; add to butter mixture. In a separate bowl, combine chopped nuts, and white chocolate cookie drops, add to mixture just to blend. Drop by tablespoon onto parchment paper covered cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 for 11 to 13 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Makes about 4 dozen cookies
